Campus Residences (Dorms)

We warmly invite the 2026 Game Theory Festival participants to stay on campus in Chávez Hall and Tubman Hall during the conference and pre conference workshops. ChávezHall and Tubman Hall are ideally situated next to our event venue, offering convenience and comfort. At a rate of $71.75 per night, you’ll enjoy a private room within a suite that includes a shared living area and bathroom, offering both privacy and community.

Note: A 3.48% service fee will be added to all reservations.

On-Campus Hotel

The Hilton Garden Inn Stony Brook hotel offers stylish accommodation ideally located on the campus of Stony Brook University and just across the street from the Conference venue. The Hilton Garden Inn has complimentary shuttle that runs between 7:30 am and 7:30 pm to limited spots off campus.  

They offer a pre-tax Conference rate of $225 per night on weekdays and $259 per night on weekends. Rates are available from Wednesday, July 15 through July 22, 2026. The latest checkout is on July 23, 2026.

You must reserve a room by June 13, 2026 to receive the reduced rate.
