Campus Residences (Dorms)
We warmly invite the 2025 Game Theory Festival participants to stay on campus in Chávez Hall and Tubman Hall during the conference and subsequent workshops. ChávezHall and Tubman Hall are ideally situated next to our event venue, The Charles B. Wang Center, offering convenience and comfort. At a rate of $67.75 per night, you’ll enjoy a private room within a suite that includes a shared living area and bathroom, offering both privacy and community.
Please note: The deadline to reserve a room has passed, and we are no longer accepting additional reservations.
Important Information
NOTE: suites are gender specific, and you must be at least 18 years old to stay at the dorms.
Chávez Hall and Tubman Hall offer suite-style living rather than corridor-style. This means four participants will be grouped into a suite (apartment) of four bedrooms (single). Each participant will have their own room and will share a private living room and bathroom area with three others. For a virtual tour visit of the living space, please visit this link. The suites are fully furnished and provide individual climate controls in each unit, and Wifi. (TVs not included).
Chávez and Tubman Halls are located on Toll Drive and can be found on the Campus Map in quadrant D3 and is located close to East Side Dining, LIRR train station, and more! Chávez & Tubman Halls across the street from our conference venue: Charles B. Wang Center. You can also use SBU Transit, the free bus service on Campus. Information on routes and schedules for Campus buses can be found here.
Check-in: between 1 pm and 4 pm, at the designated check-in area.
Check-out: between 9am and 11 am on the departure day.
For the duration of your stay, you must abide by Campus Housing Policies.

2025 Summer Festival Rates:
Single occupancy room (suit-style) with Linen: $67.75 per night/person
For reservation, a full payment is required by June 20, 2025. The reservation is not complete until we receive the payment. Click here to register for campus housing.
NOTE: Placement into specific spaces is determined by dates of reservation and availability of space.
CANCELLATIONS: To obtain a refund please email us to organizers@gtcenter.org. We guarantee full refund if the request is made no later than 2 business days before arrival. Otherwise, the refund will be lessened by the amount that the Campus Residences have already charged to us.

On-Campus Hotel
Hilton Garden Inn – Stony Brook
The Hilton Garden Inn Stony Brook offers stylish accommodations conveniently located on the campus of Stony Brook University—just across the street from the conference venue, the Wang Center. A complimentary shuttle operates within a 3-mile radius from 7:30 AM to 7:30 PM (availability is limited and may fill quickly).

Off-Campus Accommodations

Holiday Inn Express
The Holiday Inn Express is located approximately 3 miles from the Stony Brook University campus. Guests can enjoy a full hot deluxe breakfast buffet, complimentary wireless internet, and access to the indoor swimming pool and fitness center.
A complimentary shuttle is available to and from both Stony Brook University and the Stony Brook Train Station.
