On-Campus Hotel
The Hilton Garden Inn Stony Brook hotel offers stylish accommodation ideally located on the campus of Stony Brook University and just across the street from the Conference venue, the Wang Center. The Hilton Garden Inn has complimentary shuttle that runs between 7:30 am and 7:30 pm in a 3-mile radius. (Spots are limited and might be filled early.)

Off-Campus Accommodations
Holiday Inn Express
The Holiday Inn Express is located about 3 miles from the campus of Stony Brook University. They offer a pre-tax Conference rate of $149 per night on weekdays and $209 per night on weekends. This includes a full hot deluxe breakfast buffet, complimentary wireless internet and access to an indoor swimming pool and a fitness center. The Holiday Inn Express has complimentary shuttle to/from Stony Brook University & Stony Brook Train Station. To get this rate, you need to make a reservation by June 20th, 2024. The rate is available for the dates of July 14th to July 23rd, 2024.

Directions from campus: Take Nicolls Road (Rte. 97) South, make left to Rte. 347 East, the Holiday Inn Express is on the right-hand side after 1/4 mile.

Three Village Inn
The Three Village Inn is located about 3 miles from the campus of Stony Brook University. Dining is available on site at the Hotel’s restaurant and tavern. Make sure to visit nearby attractions: T. Bayles Minuse Mill Pond Park and Stony Brook Village Center.
All the rooms include private entrance, private bath, telephone, cable television, and High-Speed Internet access. Shuttle service is NOT offered by the hotel.
